Advent Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client in Plymouth. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that loved to promote from within! If you’ re an experience admin, this could be the job for you!

What You’ ll Do: Your main role will be scheduling appointment with customers. You’ ll call customers to schedule services, manage the appointment calendar and make reminder calls before services. Additionally, you will manage reports to track product delivery and complete product inventory for the office.
You: You are an administrative whiz and enjoy detail-oriented work. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable talking to customers on the phone and over email. You’ re comfortable with technology and a team player. Overall, you enjoy taking on different tasks to help the office run smoothly!
