About the Job
The HR Administrative Assistant' s responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day HR workflows, such as new hire and termination workflows, recommending best practices to ensure efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Working in the HRIS, ensuring data quality and completeness and managing records and various paperwork filings
  • Assisting in issue resolution with employees, providing great customer service
  • Assisting with the recruiting process, scheduling interviews and communicating with hiring managers

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 3+ years experience in HR administration and/or customer service, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Knowledge of UltiPro software
  • Experience using HRIS systems
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage deadlines
