About the Job
The Administrative Assistant manages general administrative duties with an emphasis on digital support and invoicing customer orders. Responsibilities include:
  • Assigning digital products and modules, along with reconciliation of digital products using Netsuite
  • Uploading purchase orders, shipping confirmation, and proof of delivery documents
  • Resolving all digital questions utilizing Vault, NetSuite, and Salesforce
  • Maintaining files, Filing, and uploading expense reports
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned.



About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to professionally communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, and mail)
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Self Starter, with the ability to work independently
