Job Description
Overview & Perks:
- Contract | May - August (2024)
- Compensation: $20-24/hr.

Responsibilities include:
- Accurately enter daily sales reports from over 20 venues into the company’s accounting system.
- Collaborate closely with venue management to promptly resolve any discrepancies in reporting.
- Manage inventory counts to uphold precise stock levels and optimize operational efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive sales commission reports in alignment with internal policies and agreements.
- Oversee all accounting and reporting functions related to online food delivery ordering services.
- Provide support for additional accounting projects and tasks as required to bolster departmental operations.
Qualifications include:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience, required.
- 1+ year of experience in accounting, specifically in AP and/or AR functions, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects while meeting stringent deadlines.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance reporting
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
