Responsibilities Include:
This critical position carries out various duties, collaborating with all internal departments including sales, recruiting, accounting, and external HR partners. Duties include:
- Prepare all project, contracts and direct material billing in software system
- Administer AIA billing process, W-9, lien waivers and other project documents as required
- Distribute incoming mail
- Process daily electronic and manual deposits and customer credit card payments
- Mail AP checks
- Be a champion of company core values experience, through adherence to customer centered methodologies and standards
- Answer all incoming calls including the service line; create service tickets
- Set up jobs, contracts and sales orders
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned
- Manage collections functions, provide reports, contact customer
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and office management
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
