Advent Talent Group is looking for an Account Coordinator for our client in the marketing industry in Bloomington. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to start a career in marketing! If you are looking to jump start your career at a well-established company, read on!

The Role: You’ ll provide administrative support to the account management team. You’ ll review incoming data and information from client companies and ensure it is entered correctly in the system. You will also work on maintaining company YouTube channels by uploading videos and editing old content. This role is perfect for someone who loves detail-oriented work and is passionate about the marketing industry!

You: You’ re an administrative wiz with one to three years if experience in an admin role (like administrative assistant, etc). You have a four year degree. Strong communication skills and team work are essential to succeed here! Additionally, because you will be working extensively in Excel, quick data entry skills are a must. Overall, they are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes to work ready to hit the ground running.
