Job Description
Overview:
On-site in Plymouth, MN
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: Starts in early December, with potential for long-term employment
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) process, including reviewing, processing, and verifying invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks and financial management.
- Ensure invoices are paid on schedule while complying with payment terms and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online for managing accounts payable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Proficient in accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor management, and account reconciliation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining financial records, data analysis, and report creation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing invoices and expense reports.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
