Advent Talent Group is hiring a client and sales support specialist for a contract-to-hire position in Bloomington, MN -Read below & apply!
Overview & Perks:
- Part-time: 9am-3: 00pm, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $24/hour
- This is a remote position with the occasional visit on-site

About the Job
Duties and responsibilities include
- Reaching out to referred candidates to invite them to engage in services
- Scheduling candidates with coaches, sending orientation materials and meeting invite
- Entering candidates into the internal database and starting programs
- Ensuring the coach completes candidate intake forms, which include billing and assessment information
- Assisting with bi-weekly candidate newsletter and call list
- Functioning liaison for client, consultant and project/account lead to ensure all aspects of the projects are covered
- Reporting, administration, and maintenance for our CRM
- Managing all aspects of event coordination
Qualifications for this role include:
- 1-3 years of project coordination and administrative experience
- Experience with client and sales support
- Familiar with assisting with social media campaigns
- Experience with CRM and databases
- Proficient in WordPress and Microsoft Office
- Strong writing, grammar, and proofing skills
