This role is responsible for managing the training calendar, securing consultants for training days, and communicating with clients regarding training-related items. This role will also manage communication related to conference participation. About the Job
This role is primarily responsible for managing the training calendar in coordination with the Sales team and connecting with the Service Director to assign training personnel once dates are decided upon with the client. In this capacity, the Service Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for advocating for adherence to relevant policies while communicating with clients. Specific duties include:
  • Coordinating the training calendar
  • Managing online & module signups
  • Shipping materials
  • Coordinating calendars
  • Database work in Salesforce related to training
  • Training survey evaluation and documentation
  • Managing communications and other elements related to conference participation, including registration, coordination and shipping
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • Ability to learn different policies and adhere to them
