Overview:
On-site in Oakdale, MN
$26.00-31.00 per hour
Contract to hire

Responsibilities:
- Screen Communications: Handle incoming calls and correspondence to the HR department, responding independently and referring to other resources as appropriate.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for day-to-day HR operations, including managing schedules and maintaining records.
- Communication Monitoring: Monitor and manage the HR email and other internal communication channels, directing employees to appropriate resources or individuals as needed.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
- Information Requests: Evaluate and respond promptly to internal and external requests for information and guidance.
- Employment Verification: Complete employment verification requests and conduct research as needed to support HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional skills in providing high-quality customer service.
- Initiative & Teamwork: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with at least one year of experience using these tools.
- Administrative Knowledge: Understanding of clerical procedures, record-keeping, and basic corporate office management principles.
- Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in both office and remote environments.
