About the Job
As the Business Growth & Development Manager for Advent Talent Group, you’ ll use your sales expertise to source and qualify leads, consult with prospects, and develop new revenue opportunities with existing customers. In this key role, you’ ll partner with marketing on strategy, messaging and campaigns, with recruiters to ensure successful placements, and with our operations team to maintain client satisfaction.
You will report directly to the owner of Advent Talent Group, Mary Younggren.
Regular relationship building and account development activities will include:
- Outbound calls and emails
- Consultative appointments
- Sales presentations
- Social media engagement
- Events and other in-person networking
As a successful business development manager, you’ ll also help to build and mentor our sales team as we continue to grow. Your contributions will increase brand awareness and market saturation for Advent, as well as strengthen your personal brand as an expert in hiring solutions.
As a well-qualified candidate, you have several years of experience in a sales or account development role with demonstrated success in contributing to consistent growth. Ideally, you have experience within the staffing or recruiting industry, or similar business services industry.
